Allow me to introduce myself

Hi! Welcome to our kick ass blog! I'm L, and this is how I became a hockey fan.

 I had never thought i would love hockey like I do. I always thought hockey was toothless men fighting, something that wasn't very interesting to me. That all changed when i saw this at my chiropractors office.

All I could think of was what is this sport they call hockey? and who is this hottie? Now, most of you are rolling your eyes and thinking "puck bunny", but labels are for jars, not people.

I may have gotten into hockey because I appreciate the players,( and come on, what straight female wouldn't appreciate the hottness of these guys?) but I stayed because I fell in love with the game. The passion the players have on the ice, the way they treat the fans and all they do off the ice for those in need is awesome. It doesn't compare to anything else.

I may not have stats or understand plusses and minuses and what each call the ref makes means, but I am learning and I'm loving the game even more. Watching the games is awesome, watching them live is one of the greatest things in the world.

I would have to say that the Pittsburgh Penguins are my favorite team, with the San Jose Sharks right behind them. I know, I know, I'm from the bay, I should love the Sharks. And I do, but I love the Penguins more.

I started reading other hockey blogs to learn more about the game, and I love the way certain blogs would make fun of the players the game etc etc. It shows that hockey fans are the best in the sports world and that we can have fun with our players and the game.
 I kept looking for a Sharks blog that would be funny, sarcastic and show love for the Sharks and the players, but alas, I found nothing.  So I decided to start one with my two best bitches :) and here we are, writting about the best sport out there having fun, drinking beer and eating nachos while we cheer for our favorite
teams.

Total cutie and does a great job backing up Nabby.

3. Douglass Murray aka the Beast
This guy is a brick wall...Love that guys just bounce off him without him even breaking a sweat.

Hate him with a passion....Oh what is that Ovie? Is that an Olympic gold medal around your neck? no? Did you help your team win a Stanley Cup? no?  Then suck it.
